There's nothing better than a card to cheer someone up! This one is super simple! I used glimmer mist and the clear ornate swirl as a mask underneath the chipboard. I also used Marshmellow glimmer mist on tip and added some texture to the rub on flower as I was rubbing it on. Scalloped chipboard is also Magistical Memories. Papers, die cute and rub on is Nature's Poetry from Dream Street. Bling is Kaiser Craft.
