As a young girl, life was tough for many reasons. I spent a lot of time alone with my books and my dolls. I played pretend. I loved music and my favorite thing to do was to go downstairs and pretend that the covered porch was a stage.I would
sing to the birds and to my imaginary fans. I’d put on a real show. No one ever saw me, but I sure had fun dreaming of the famous singer and star that I’d become. Journaled 5/22/2012
